Stamp Club Feb 21

We had another lovely afternoon yesterday making some cute projects with the products from the Mini Catalogue and SAB brochure. I can't believe that there is only 1 week left of Sale-a-Bration! Our hostess this month was Kerrie and she wanted to do something with the Wild Rose Background stamp from the Mini Catalogue.

I saw this idea from Sharon Burkert and loved the colour combo but decided to take it one step further and we embossed the stamped image with black embossing powder to really make it pop. We finished it off with some denim ribbon as well as a sentiment from Vine design and a border from the Punch Party Stamp Set which is a FREE exclusive Hostess only set for qualifying workshop orders. This set coordinates with the new Double Oval Punch.

Next Kerrie wanted to do a Diagonal Double Pocket Card. I was pretty familiar with these  as I did nearly 50 of them for my wedding invites over 10 years ago. You can see them here. I chose to do one with the gorgeous FREE Paper Blooms DSP from the SAB brochure. Rococo Rose is such a beautiful colour, will really miss it when is goes soon.

The tags were made using the pretty scalloped stitched rectangles from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. We also used the FREE Touch of Ink set from the SAB brochure. This style of card is great for many different occasions like wedding, baby, graduation etc.

We also made a cute card with the Hey Chick and Hey Birthday Chick bundles that was created by Dawn Griffith here. I adjusted the measurements slightly so as to get 3 cards from a 12 x 12 sheet of Basic White for the insert and 2 cards from an A4 sheet. These dies and stamps are so fun and versatile too, so many possibilities.

Here are some pics from the day including the double pocket cards the girls made.

Don't forget that SAB finishes this Sunday so this week is your last chance to get any items from this awesome brochure with a qualifying order of $90 or more. Also, its last chance to take advantage of the great joining offer and become a demonstrator. If you sign up this week, in addition to the already fabulous Starter Kit deal ($235 of product of your choice for only $169 and FREE Shipping) you also get an unbelievable 200 sheets of 6 x 6 Designer Paper in the new patterns for 2021-2022 in all the colour families!

Any questions, please just ask and I'll be more than happy to help out.

Happy Stamping

First Stamp Club for 2021

It was so fabulous to be able to get together again after next to no in-person gatherings last year due to COVID-19. My only regret was that I took NO PHOTOS of us all :(

However, we all had a lovely time and I can only tell you about the smiling excited faces as I have no pics to show them. Here are the projects we made. As always I seek input from the host for what she would like to do and these are the cards she chose.

These butterfly cards are so vibrant and the best part is they use FREE products from the Sale-a-Bration brochure. The ombre paper in the background as well as the floral paper strip are from 2 different Paper packs available for FREE with any qualifying order. But these are only available until the end of the month so if you want to get your hands on these gorgeous papers for FREE, place your order today!

The inspiration for these butterfly cards were these ones here.

The next choice was a card using the amazing Sand & Sea Suite of products. This card uses the new pearlescent paper, the stunning Sand & Sea DSP, the 3D Seashells embossing folder which coordinates with the dies and stamps (a first for Stampin' UP!) and the cute little opal rounds. We got to test out the new blending brushes on the various shells.

The inspiration for this seashell card was this one here.

Lastly was this cute dragonfly card using the Dandy Garden Memories and More Cards, they are devine and make cards look so classy. The dragonfly punch in this suite not only coordinates with the stamp set but also the DSP.

I also made another sample using the Dandy Garden Suite of products.

And what dragonfly card is not complete without some wink of stellar :)
